Wouldn't it be nice...
...if we could eat whatever we wanted and look slim, feel great
and have lots of energy. Well, our bodies just don't work that
way.
The good news is that you can control what you eat. Everybody
knows what is good to eat and what is not so good, but controlling
it can be a challenge.
When
you eat empty carbs (cake, muffins, etc.) on one day, your body
will crave it again in the next day or two, that is the cycle.
When you avoid those carbs, the cravings will go down and be easier
